ABOUT CHEF TRAININGThe Certificate in Chef Training is an accredited 4 week chef foundation program designed to teach aspiring chefs the skills required to cook to a professional standard. At the end of the course you will have the skills and knowledge to start your career as a junior chef in a professional kitchen, open your own catering enterprise, or simply acquire the life skills. This course offers over 117 hours of practical lesson to teach you the core skills required to cook and bake to a professional standard, whether in a restaurant kitchen, a cafe, a hotel or as part of a catering business.
