Mr. Eddie Yong, co-founder of MIB returns from Australia to head as Chairman of MIB. He will continue the legacy and passion of the late Mr. Don Yong.

His vast experience of over 30 years in business and education both here in Malaysia and Australia augurs well for MIB. He is not new to this field and is well known in the F&B industry.
Apart from MIB, Mr. Eddie also started the famous English Hotbreads located in Cheras, which is now headed by Dato Kevin Yong. English Hotbreads has premium clientele such as Starbucks, AirAsia, Kenny Rogers, KFC, McDonald’s – just to name a few.
Having graduated from South Bank University, UK in 1974, Mr Eddie worked with the prestigious Gloriette Patisserie in London just opposite the world-famous Harrods. In 1978 he had a short stint in Osaka, Japan to further his knowledge in pastry. In 1981 Mr. Eddie embarked upon a management course in Taiwan in relation to the food industry. As a widely travelled entrepreneur he loves to share his wisdom and experience.
