Chef Mei Kei

A qualified food technologist, Chef Mei Kei has extensive experience in kitchen operations, food manufacturing and the fresh produce sector, in cities such as New York, Barcelona, Manila, Hong Kong and Perth.

Chef Ng

An MIB graduate himself, Chef Ng has gone on to win various competitions, even appearing on national television as a celebrity chef! His passion in the kitchen is contagious, and is quick to share his expereince with students

Dr. Rajah

Having 38 years of experience as a consultant and corporate advisor, Dr. Rajah is our Academic Chairman, and is always willing to impart knowledge to the younger generation.

Our Alumni

Jun Soh

Jun Soh is currently Chief Operating Officer at English Hotbreads, a food catering service to businesses such as AirAsia, Starbucks and McDonald’s.

“It all started out as a hobby when I enrolled in a course with MIB. Little did I know that the time spent here will shape my future. At MIB, I discovered my passion and went on to pursue a career in food industry.

With the exposure and experience that I gained through the course of study, I was able to apply the knowledge in product development, business development, and now I run the operations of a leading food manufacturer.”

Gan Si Ni

Si Ni was the 1st runner-up and achieved the highest score for the Malaysian Team in the California Pastry & Baking Challenge in 2011, both in Malaysia & Singapore, leading on to the Best Bread Category.
 

She currently works at Jenn Confectioneries as the Operations Manager, and is also the Secretary General of Profesional Culinaire Association (PCA), which is recognised by Worldchefs as the national member association for Malaysia.
