Malaysian Integrated Business College (MIB) started with humble beginnings as the English Hotbreads School of Baking in 1987, making us the first baking and culinary school in the region.

From its early roots in 1966 as being a family run bakery spear headed by Sun Weng Lock Confectionery, English Hotbreads, headed by Dato’ Kevin Yong is today’s market leader in the nation, catering food service business to the hospitality industry. English Hotbreads was the first to introduce the concept of on-site baking which ensured the freshness of delicious pastries and breads, making them more affordable and convenient to everyone.
Operating from the state-of-the-art Halal facility in Cheras and occupying 38,000 sq ft, the company is constantly being innovative by investing in new equipment and latest technologies to move confectionery production to higher levels of efficiency. These include fully automated pastry lines, blast freezers, metal detectors, multiple bread lines, frozen muffin production, large scale sauce production facility, etc. The company is also HACCP certified by SIRIM.
In house R&D facilities has enabled English Hotbreads to produce wide varieties customised to the needs of the customer – RTS (ready-to-serve) frozen products, sauces, fillings, pastries, dough, cakes, breads & DIY dough, etc. This is supported by an excellent logistic network proven to ensure all products are delivered fresh and prompt.
